For the past two years, Israeli air force planes periodically train in Turkish airspace and Turkish fighters have come to Israel to train. But they have never flown together.

Meanwhile, visiting Turkish Prime Minister Mesut Yilmaz confirmed Tuesday in Ramallah that Israel and Turkey plan to conduct joint naval maneuvers in November.
