Correspondent | March 29, 2002 JERUSALEM (JPS) — Yiftah-Palmah Ze'evi announced his entry into politics Monday night, five months after his father, Rehavam Ze'evi, was assassinated by Palestinian gunmen. He said he intends to run for the leadership of the Moledet Party founded by his father. He made his announcement at the Jerusalem Hyatt Regency Hotel, where Rehavam Ze'evi, the Israeli tourism minister, was killed on Oct. 17. Moledet will choose its new leader May 19. J.
