Correspondent | July 13, 2007 Eric Hunt, the 22-year-old New Jersey Holocaust denier accused of dragging Elie Wiesel through a hallway in a San Francisco hotel, has entered a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity. Hunt, who has been held in a psychiatric ward of San Francisco County Jail, is charged with attempted kidnapping, false imprisonment, battery, stalking, elder abuse and hate crimes stemming from the February incident at the Argent Hotel, where Wiesel was speaking at a peace conference. Hunt entered the plea July 3 in San Francisco Superior Court. If convicted, he would face a maximum sentence of seven years in prison on top of a $10,000 fine, according to prosecutors. J.
