Temple Isaiah in Lafayette will hold a planning session for its mental illness support group from 2 to 4 p.m. Aug. 23 at Congregation B’nai Shalom in Walnut Creek. 

A project of Temple Isaiah’s P’tach Libeynu (Open Our Hearts), the group will discuss ideas for mental health programs for the fall and winter. All interested members and friends of participating congregations are invited to attend.
