Where better to celebrate the annual Jewish harvest festival than at the source? A farm, of course.

Sukkot on the Farm — a Shabbaton sponsored by the start-up Wilderness Torah — will take place Oct. 1 to 4 at Green Oaks Creek Farm in Pescadero.

The pluralistic weekend celebration will include Shabbat and Sukkot celebrations, sukkah-building, bonfires, kids activities, yoga, meditation, daily prayer and learning opportunities.

Adult tickets are $145 before Aug. 31, and $180 after. Youth tickets: $15-$75, depending on age. Included in the cost are three vegetarian meals a day.

Need-based scholarships are available. For more information or to purchase tickets, visit www.wildernesstorah.org.
