Correspondent | September 11, 2009 European Jewish culture is undergoing a renaissance; now, many of the groups contributing to the surge are being recognized. The Westbury Group, an informal network of Jewish philanthropies that includes the S.F.-based Taube Foundation for Jewish Life, recently released Compass, a guide showcasing 36 European Jewish organizations and their contributions to modern European Jewish culture.
