Laura Davidovitz and Shawn Tabak were married August 16, 2009 at the Marin Art and Garden Center in Ross, California. Rabbi Michael Barenbaum officiated. The reception continued at the Corinthian Yacht Club in Tiburon, California.

The bride is the daughter of Donna and Morris Davidovitz of Greenbrae, California and the sister of Lisa Davidovitz.

The groom is the son of Genie and Tom Tabak of San Francisco and the brother of Maxine (Clive) Nisse and Adam (Gabriella) Tabak.

Maid of honor was Lisa Davidovitz. Best man was Adam Tabak. Flower girls were Nadine and Abigail Nisse. Ring bearer was Benny Tabak, big brother to Adela Tabak.

After a honeymoon in Hawaii, the newlyweds are living in San Francisco.
