David Levinson, founder and executive director of Big Sunday, an annual volunteer weekend in Southern California, will read from his new book, “Everybody Helps, Everybody Wins,” at Books Inc. in San Francisco next week. Big Sunday 2010 attracted more than 50,000 volunteers at more than 500 nonprofit sites in 100 Southern California cities and towns. Big Sunday will be expanding to the Bay Area in spring 2011.
