The Hebrew Free Loan Association is offering two free workshops for people who want to learn more about personal finance, budgeting, saving and managing debt.
The Financial Fitness Workshop will be offered from 7 to 9 p.m. on Aug. 12 and Aug. 19 at the Jewish Community Center of San Francisco, 3200 California St.
Ira Fateman, a financial planner and adviser, will teach the course. The Aug. 12 session is specifically for college students and recent graduates. The Aug. 19 session is open to the general community.
