Parents don’t sit on the sidelines at the Oshman Family JCC’s T’enna Preschool, where we build strong relationships by involving educators, families and students. Our loving community is an inviting place for children to progress with confidence and joy along their individual educational and social journeys.
T’enna Preschool is located on the beautiful Taube Koret Campus, an 8.5-acre multigenerational community. Our spacious, outdoor play area and gardens are the perfect place to teach and model environmentally sound practices. Children learn about growing food and natural cycles in a hands-on, experiential way.
Climbing structures, water features and a fully equipped art room build motor skills while encouraging investigation and fun. Our light-filled classrooms are outfitted with kitchens, reading nooks and musical instruments that encourage a natural enthusiasm for learning.
Unique to T’enna Preschool, our children also enjoy movement classes in the gym and swimming lessons in the heated, indoor pool of the OFJCC’s fitness center.
Our learning experience is creative and organic, driven by curiosity. Because children learn in different ways, we provide multiple opportunities for exploration and growth including swimming, cooking, movement, art and more! Through intentional, play-based experiences, children develop a thirst for knowledge and a strong identity. We also incorporate the award-winning An Ethical Start® program in everyday activities to instill Jewish values in an immersive, age-appropriate way.
The core T’enna Preschool program includes two-, three- and five-day-a-week options for children ages 18 months to 5 years. Specialty classes such as Hebrew immersion, young fives, parent participation, camps, and enrichment and afternoon programs offer parents a well-rounded, nurturing curriculum for their child.
