Jewish Silicon Valley and others present an event to celebrate Israel Independence Day. Get a passport at the “ticket counter,” visit famous Israeli sites and markets, sample Israeli cuisine from the Malawah Bar, plus live music with an Israeli songleader and an Israeli movie with English subtitles. Donations encouraged, registration required.
Event for the community includes a falafel bar and Israeli dinner, a “Western Wall,” a “visit” to Tsfat, Israeli games and other festivities.
