First-time novelists read for book fest
Nicole Krauss, author of “Man Walks Into a Room,” will appear with Jonathan Safran Foer, author of “Everything is Illuminated,” at the Contra Costa Jewish Community Center at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 5. The two first-time novelists are reading as part of the Contra Costa Jewish Book Festival, sponsored by the Jewish Community Federation of the Greater East Bay.
