Correspondent | March 26, 2004 Israeli top cop visits Bay Area Dov Lutzky, a brigadier general with the Israeli police force, visited the Bay Area for a series of speeches and meetings with local law enforcement agencies. Lutzky, who commands the Galilee Sub-District in the north of Israel, is an expert in terrorism prevention and response to attacks with an emphasis on suicide bombings. He was in the Bay Area as a guest of the Anti-Defamation League. He spoke to members of the public on Monday, March 22. He also met with police officers from several Bay Area cities including San Francisco, San Jose and Hayward as well as regional representatives of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and Federal Bureau of Investigation regarding terror prevention and response.
