El Al and JetBlue will now offer connecting options for customers traveling between the United States and Israel. Beginning in October, passengers will be able to buy a single ticket for travel on flights with both carriers in one transaction. This will allow connecting service on El Al to Israel’s Ben Gurion Airport from more than 50 JetBlue cities via New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport, according to a press release. Customers who purchase the single e-ticket will receive boarding cards for both carriers’ flights upon check-in with either JetBlue in the United States or El Al in Israel, and their baggage will be checked to their final destination. — jta J.
