Zachary and Aaron Hegwer (right) are proud to announce the birth of their brother Samuel Michael Hegwer, born on June 1, 2012, 6 lbs. 10 oz. His parents, Lisa and Dan Hegwer, and grandparents Dr. John and Harriett Michael of San Rafael, CA and Hal and Charlotte Hegwer of Tucson, AZ, welcome Samuel to the family.

Dr. and Mrs. Sandor Burstein announce with great pleasure the birth of their first great-grandson, Elliot Gersten Paal, to Alex and Sasha Paal in Virginia on June 8. He is the first of his generation to be born to his great-great-grandparents, San Francisco’s Rabbi Elliot and Mrs. Lottie Burstein of blessed memory.
