Holy papercuts, Batman!
Some folks parse Torah verses. Isaac Brynjegard-Bialik really cuts into them — with scissors. Actually, it’s comic books he’s cutting and pasting, to illustrate Torah stories. “You Did WHAT To My Comics?” opens with a reception this weekend. Look closely at that portrait of Abraham, and you just might see bits of a caped crusader. That’s what happens when a comic book fan marries a rabbi.
