Staff | September 9, 2016 Mark Reisbaum is moving to the Contemporary Jewish Museum as chief philanthropy officer after two decades at the S.F.-based Jewish Community Federation. Mark Reisbaum Reisbaum, who will begin his new role Sept. 26 at the museum, most recently served as senior director of philanthropic engagement at the JCF, overseeing donor development, grant-making and leadership development. He joined the JCF in 1997. A graduate of the Wexner Heritage Program, Reisbaum worked for 10 years in investment banking in Hong Kong and New York before entering the nonprofit world. “For me, the CJM stands out as the organization that most effectively bridges our rich history and traditions with the search for meaning and celebration of Jewish identity today and going forward,” Reisbaum said in a release from the museum.
