Weddings

Jean P. Tepper of San Francisco joyfully announces the marriage of her son Max Tepper Segal to Allison Kate Yap Gabucan, daughter of Mely and Vic Gabucan of Eagle Rock, California.

Max is the son of the late Melvin L. Segal and the grandson of Ruth Tepper and the late Charles Tepper. Allison is the granddaughter of Tan Bin Suya, who resides in the Philippines. The couple were married on Oct. 21, 2017, at a private estate in Ojai, California. Vince Gabucan and Samuel Segal, brothers of the bride and groom respectively, officiated at the ceremony.

Allison is a graduate of the University of California at Davis and interned in Dietetics at Tulane University, New Orleans. Max graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara. They live and work in Los Angeles.
