Births

With gratitude to HaShem, Rabbi Moshe and Talia Langer are overjoyed to announce the birth of their son, Shalom Leib, on Wednesday, March 6 (29th of Adar 1) at 12:46 p.m. The bris milah was held on March 13.

Evan (meaning “stone”) Joseph Citron entered the world on Oct. 30, 2018, surprising his family by coming three weeks early. First-time parents are Joshua and Adara Citron of San Mateo, both Bay Area natives.

Cousin Liav (“my father”) Brea Knapp joined her cousin two weeks later on Dec. 14, 2018, also to first-time parents Sam and Talia (Citron) Knapp of San Carlos. Sam and Talia have been a couple since they were sophomores at Menlo-Atherton High School, despite him going to Stanford and her going to Berkeley.

Grateful grandparents on the Citron side are Sloane and Judy Citron. The siblings of Joshua and Talia are Arielle (Citron) and Leonard (Danny) of San Mateo and Coby Citron of Tel Aviv, currently serving in the Israel Air Force.
