Seniors at Home, a division of Jewish Family and Children’s Services, is launching a six-week support group for the children of Holocaust survivors to share their experiences of growing up in “survivor families.” The meetings will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursdays, Feb. 21 to March 28, at the JFCS offices in downtown San Francisco.

In group discussions facilitated by experienced grief and bereavement counselor Roslyn Lesier, participants can discuss thoughts and memories about their youth with a survivor parent, share resources for caring for and honoring parents as they age, and more.

JFCS is located at 2150 Post St. For information or to register, call (415) 449-3777 or email [email protected]. A $50 fee is due at the time of registration.
