Celebrating Jewish film. The Silicon Valley Jewish Film Festival is bringing more than 20 top Jewish-themed movies to the South Bay, along with events to highlight them. The 22nd annual festival will open with an appearance by Chaim Topol, star of “Fiddler on the Roof,” and go on to offer comedies, dramas and documentaries from around the world, including “Hannah Arendt,” about the controversial German Jewish social theorist, and “Melting Away,” about an Israeli cross-dresser.
