Tuesday, Oct. 7 classes, all beginning at 12:45 p.m., include Spanish for ages 4 to 5; karate for ages 4 to 6 and “Children’s Moving Arts” creative dance classes for ages 3 to 5. A second class will be held at the same time on Wednesdays, beginning Oct. 8. Classes are 10 weeks. Costs are $60-$90 for Spanish and karate; $75-$115 for creative dance.

“Mugs and More” lets children ages 3 to 5 work with clay at 12:45 p.m. Wednesdays, Oct. 8 to Dec. 10. Cost for 10 classes is $60-$90.

International cooking for ages 4 to 5 will take place at 12:45 p.m. Thursdays, Oct. 9 through Dec. 18 with no class on Oct. 16, Oct. 23 and Nov. 27. Cost is $48-$72.

Discussion group for survivors’ children will meet in East Bay

A eight-week discussion group for individuals whose parents were Jews in Nazi Europe, survivors of camps, in hiding or refugees who fled before the war will begin at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 6 at Jewish Family and Children’s Services of the East Bay, 2484 Shattuck Ave., No. 210, Berkeley.
