Nov. 28, 2013 was a particularly historic day for Lillian and Dr. Herb Greenwald. On a day when Thanksgiving and Chanukah coincided, the Greenwalds celebrated their 70th anniversary with a gathering of their entire family. The Greenwalds were longtime residents of Pacifica and 25-year volunteers at the Jewish Home in San Francisco. For the past three years, they have been living at the Meadows of Napa.
