‘The Garden of the Finzi-Continis.’ Vittorio Di Sica’s Oscar-winning film tells the story of an upper-class Italian Jewish family whose charmed life collapses around them as Fascists take over the country during the war. The 1970 work by the master of Italian neorealism won an Oscar for best foreign-language film. A party on the theater’s mezzanine will follow, featuring bites from Naples, Rome and Ferrara.
