Several Jewish organizations will send contingents to the annual Pride Parade on June 26 in San Francisco.
The JCC of San Francisco, Keshet and the Israeli Consulate are among Jewish organizations slated to participate in the event, which kicks off at 10:30 a.m. that day at the corner of Market and Beale streets and continues down Market to 8th Street, where it culminates in an open-air celebration at the Civic Center Plaza.
There are several smaller events leading up to the day of the parade, such as the Trans March in Dolores Park on June 24, where Keshet and Glitter Kehilla will be holding a Shabbat picnic.
The theme of this year’s Pride Parade is “For Racial and Economic Justice.” For a complete listing of Jewish Pride events, see www.keshetonline.org/pride.
