This preschool, whose name means “garden of the trees,” serves children ages 18 months to 6 years in a warm, nurturing and secure campus environment. The program is open to the broader community, with priority enrollment for synagogue members. As a play-based preschool, Gan Ilan honors each child’s individuality, developmental pace and unique learning style. The curriculum supports active exploration and hands-on discovery, fostering growth through interaction with peers, caring adults and the surrounding environment. The school offers care Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling. Parents may choose from three daily options: part day (9 a.m. to 1 p.m.), extended day (8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) or full day (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.). The preschool operates school year and summer programs, allowing families to choose year-round care or an academic calendar.
