Scheduled workshops will include “Basic Meditation-Jewish Meditation: A Workshop for Beginners”; “Mediations of the Mothers,” a class about women and Jewish mediation; “Similarities and Differences Between Meditation Traditions,” a look at Buddhist, Jewish, Sufi, Christian, Hindu and Native American techniques; “The Heart of Listening: Meditations on the Shema as Paradigm of the Jewish Spiritual Path.”
