As’ad Abdul Rahman, a Palestine Liberation Organization executive committee member, said from Amman on Tuesday that he expected Arafat and Abdullah to discuss an Egyptian idea for a summit including Egypt, Jordan, the Palestinians, Syria and Lebanon. They are also likely to discuss Israeli strictures on trade between Jordan and the Palestinian-held territories.
