“Parade” — Tony Award-winning musical about Leo Frank, a real-life victim of a lynching in Georgia in 1915. Through June 8 at Orpheum Theatre, 1192 Market St., S.F. Times vary. $60 and up. An Evening with Jesse Eisenberg — The Oscar-nominated entertainer discusses his journey as a writer-actor-director and the making of “A Real Pain,” a film that explores Jewish loss and belonging. At JCCSF, 3200 California St., S.F. 7-8:30 p.m. $40.
“October 8” — Jewish American Heritage Month screening of the documentary about the aftermath of the Oct. 7, 2023, Hamas massacre. It chronicles the rise of antisemitism on college campuses, social media and the streets of America. Presented by the Jewish Coalition at UCSF.
