Each year, this San Francisco-based program serves 17,000 seniors of all faiths in their homes in San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Marin and Sonoma counties.

Institute on Aging works with clients in San Francisco, Marin, San Mateo and Santa Clara counties and on the Peninsula, offering “a broad spectrum of services and support to help seniors maintain their independence as long as it is safe to do so.” In addition to providing in-home care and case management, IOA operates adult day care centers.
