With protests against Israel’s Gaza incursion going on all over the Bay Area, local Jewish organizations are planning counterprotests and rallies in support of Israel.
In the East Bay, on Wednesday, Jan. 14 at 7:30 p.m., Temple Sinai in Oakland will host a solidarity gathering for Israel featuring Akiva Tor. The gathering is sponsored by the Jewish Community Federation of the Greater East Bay and the East Bay Jewish Community Relations Council.
