The Center for Jewish Life at the Osher Marin Jewish Community Center is launching a free audio podcast entitled “Jewish Thought Leaders,” which highlights speakers and programs presented at the JCC.

The first two podcasts feature Rabbi Capers Funnye in a talk about the global Jewish community. Funnye, who is a cousin of first lady Michelle Obama and was profiled in the N.Y. Times Magazine, is spiritual leader of Chicago’s Beth Shalom B’nai Zaken Ethiopian Hebrew congregation and the associate director of the S.F.-based organization Be’chol Lashon (In Every Tongue).
