Customers can order at www.kol-foods.com and select “San Francisco Buying Club” as an option during check-out. The deliveries will be picked up at Congregation Beth Sholom in San Francisco. June 24 is the next delivery date.
Bulk shipping counters the “food miles” the meat has to travel, and there are no Styrofoam coolers or extra packaging. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Beth Sholom.
