“9th Circuit Cowboy”

Helen Diller Institute for Jewish Law and Israel Studies at UC Berkeley screens a 54-minute, 2021 documentary about Judge Harry Pregerson, a child of Ukrainian Jewish immigrants who served on the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals for almost 50 years.
