“In Twilight”

Reception for exhibit of 18 paintings created by Israeli-born artist and illustrator Ori Sherman, painted in the Bay Area from 1986 until his death in 1988. Donated to the Magnes in 2006, the pieces depict the seven days of creation. Featuring speakers addressing Sherman and his artwork within the context of the AIDS pandemic. Through Dec. 15.
