Opening night for the festival, with screening of “Shari and Lamb Chop,” a biographical film tracing the career of Shari Lewis, the groundbreaking Jewish puppeteer. Featuring director Lisa D’Apolito, puppeteer Mallory Lewis and Lamb Chop. Followed by party with refreshments. Film: $30 JFI members, $35 public. Film and party: $65 JFI members, $75 public.
