San Francisco Jewish Film Festival (in person)

Two days of live screenings and events at the Castro begin at 11 a.m. July 24 and conclude at 8:15 p.m. July 25. Includes U.S. premiere of 2019 World War II concentration camp drama “Persian Lessons” (in Russian with English subtitles) for “Opening Night” and concludes with 2021 documentary “Misha and the Wolves” (in several languages with English subtitles). Limited capacity, masks required, theater cleared after each event. At Castro Theatre, S.F. $15-$25, with registration.
