Rabbi Dr. David Ellenson explores the Jewish concept of teshuvah, or ethical recalibration, through the 1947 case study of famed psychiatrist Carl Jung requesting forgiveness for Nazi sympathies he’d expressed from Rabbi Leo Baeck, the last head of the German Jewish community prior to its destruction by the Nazis.
