“Shanghai Angel”

One-woman musical that tells the story of Rosa Ginsberg, an 18-year-old Jewish refugee from Vienna, who immigrated from Nazi-occupied Austria to Angel Island by way of Shanghai. Written and performed by classically trained soprano, Yiddish chanteuse and Rosa’s granddaughter Heather Klein. Registration required.
