“Violins of Hope”

Using restored instruments that were played by Jewish musicians during the Holocaust, the Livermore-Amador Symphony will perform three concerts presented by the East Bay Holocaust Education Center. Violin maker and restorer Avshi Weinstein, co-founder of Violins of Hope, will provide stories and context. Also 7:30 p.m. Feb. 6 and 7. $35-$75, students $20, VIP $500.
