In preparation for High Holidays, Peninsula JCC offers a two-day retreat with Jewish meditation, yoga, qigong, text study, chanting and silence. Day 1, 8:30 p.m.-10:15 p.m; Day 2, Aug. 30, 9 a.m-12:15 p.m., or 8 a.m. for early risers. $18-$72 sliding scale. RSVP required.
