Agreements have already been signed on tourism, border crossings, energy, health, environment, police, trade and economic cooperation, agriculture, transportation and civil aviation. Three permanent working groups will continue to study the issues of Jordan Valley development, water and the areas of Tsofar and Naharayim, where Jordan leased back to Israel land returned to it under the peace accord.
