Simcha Sunday fest set at Sonoma State
Sonoma County’s ninth annual Simcha Sunday will take place from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 20 at Sonoma State University’s Juniper Lane Field in Rohnert Park.
Sponsored by the Jewish Community Agency of Sonoma County, the festival will feature Jewish food, art and entertainment. For information, call (707) 528-4222.
Caretakers of aging parents get support
A support group for caretakers of aging parents will begin at 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 21 and continue through Nov. 25 at Jewish Family and Children’s Services, 200 N. San Pedro Road, Suite A230, San Rafael.

A workshop on Lilith and Eve will begin at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 24 and continue through Nov. 21 at Congregation Kol Shofar, 215 Blackfield Drive, Tiburon.
