The snack is made of honey, pecans, almonds, chocolate, matzah, dried cranberries, coconut, sesame seeds, canola oil, orange marmalade, orange peel and cinnamon.

Amy has been helping her mother cook, package and design labels for the snacks since she was 9 1/2. She found the firm’s first customer, The Palo Alto Baking Company, which is featuring her Chanukah design in a brochure and window display.

The cranberry-flavored nut and dried fruit concoctions were selected as a 1996 finalist for Outstanding Snack Food by the National Association of the Specialty Food Trade.
