Adults learn to relax, tone in CCJCC class
An ongoing relaxation and toning class for adults, using the technique of Feldenkrais, takes place at 9:45 a.m. Wednesdays at Contra Costa Jewish Community Center, 2071 Tice Valley Blvd., Walnut Creek.

New Torah study set to begin next month
Attorney Nitzhia Shaked will teach a biweekly Torah study class beginning at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 11 at Congregation B’nai Shalom, 74 Eckley Lane, Walnut Creek.
