Lehrhaus Associate Director Jehon Grist will teach Advanced Biblical Hebrew 3: Rediscovering Genesis at 8 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 9 for 10 sessions at Lehrhaus Judaica.

Grist also will teach The Devil and the Dead Sea Scrolls: Jewish and Early Christian Views of Satan at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 4, 18 and March 4 at Congregation Beth Emek, 1886 College Ave., Livermore.
Betsy Dubovsky, director of Poets and Builders at U.C. Berkeley, will lead a five-week Jewish poetry workshop starting 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 4 at Lehrhaus Judaica.

Lehrhaus Executive Director Fred Rosenbaum will teach a 14-session series on The Holocaust and its Meaning, at 7:10 p.m. Wednesdays beginning Feb. 5 at the Mudd Building, Room 192 on the campus of Pacific School of Religion, 1798 Scenic Ave., Berkeley. The course is offered for academic credit by the Center for Jewish Studies of the Graduate Theological Union.
