Other groups represented at the noon gathering will be the Bay Area Council of Jewish Rescue and Renewal, the S.F.-based Jewish Family and Children's Services, Jewish Community Relations Council, Jewish Vocational Services, Jewish Community Center of San Francisco and S.F.'s Congregation Beth Sholom. They will join individuals and groups that include the Coalition for Immigrant Rights, Chinatown Resource Center, Interfaith Coalition for Immigrants, representatives of senators Barbara Boxer and Dianne Feinstein and San Francisco supervisors Leslie Katz and Mabel Teng. Refugees will also speak. The press conference will coincide with a mass national rally at the U.S. Capitol for legal immigrants.
