Prayer and pancakes Sundays at Chabad
Chabad of Marin presents “Marinyan,” a prayer service for Jewish men and women ages 12 and up.
No prior knowledge of Judaism or Hebrew is necessary. Rabbi Yisrael Rice will lead services at 9 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 15 and again March 8 at Chabad House of Marin, 1150 Idylberry Road, San Rafael. A pancake breakfast will follow at no charge. For information, call (415) 492-1666.
Divorce workshop slated in Santa Rosa
Jewish Family and Children’s Services will present a three-part community forum titled “Easing the Pains of Divorce” at 7 p.m. Thursdays, Feb. 19, 26 and March 5 at the Volunteer Center of Sonoma County, 153 Stony Circle, Santa Rosa.
