JFCS offering discussion group for queers

Parents and friends of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered Jews are invited to an informal discussion at 10:30 a.m. Sunday sponsored by Jewish Family and Children's Services. The event is designed to allow people dealing with similar issues to give and receive support and to discuss how to make the Jewish community more welcoming and safe in a confidential setting.

The group will meet at JCFS in the Miriam Schultz Grunfeld Professional Building, 2150 Post St., S.F. For information, call (415) 567-8860.
