Berg is president of the City College District in San Francisco, an elected position. She is a founder of the Raoul Wallenberg Jewish Democratic Club and past president of the Democratic Party in San Francisco. A dean at City College for many years, she now works for a real estate development firm in San Francisco. Futterman, in addition to his officer's role, serves as chairman of the JCRC's Middle East strategy committee. In that capacity he also chairs the community's emergency strategy committee formed to respond to the current crisis in the Middle East. He is past chair of the JCRC's Marin committee and is a private attorney in San Francisco. Brandt is a special assistant for San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown, working on a variety of key issues for the city. She recently took a temporary leave of absence to work with a Silicon Valley-based group to develop a public relations strategy on behalf of Israel.
